We will be in downtown Montgomery, Alabama for the Grand Opening of Montgomery Whitewater. This stunning whitewater channel system is a beautiful place to hone your kayaking skills. On July 8th and 9th, 2023, we will have a tent at the Montgomery Whitewater Grand Opening Festival where you can stop by for a chance to experience sound healing. Look for the Gongs and the singing bowls! We will be joined by Jaime from Inner Light Yoga Studio and she will be leading a yoga class on the stage at 8 am on Saturday morning. Come for the practice, stay for the fun!
